Questions makers ask
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Never. You pay a flat monthly price. Orders, subscriptions and marketplace sales carry no Made Weekly fee.
What does card processing cost?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard rate, paid to Stripe. You can choose to pass a card processing fee on to your customers as a separate line at checkout (up to 3% plus a flat amount).
Is there a fee on Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or cash?
Not from us, and the optional card processing fee never applies to them. Customers pay you directly and you mark the order paid.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new maker gets 30 days with Pro features. If you don’t pick a plan, your storefront stays up read-only and never disappears.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month. Your data is yours: export orders and customers to CSV anytime.
