Terms of service

Made Weekly (madeweekly.com, maker storefronts and their custom domains) is operated by Reliable Services & Solutions LLC d/b/a Reliable Labs (“Made Weekly”, “we”). These terms cover makers who sell on Made Weekly and shoppers who order from them.

Pricing

  • Makers pay a flat monthly or yearly plan price and any flat add-ons they choose.
  • Made Weekly never takes a percentage of a maker’s sales.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe on the maker’s own account at Stripe’s rates.

Orders

  • Each shop is run by an independent maker who sets its products, prices, pickup times and payment methods.
  • Your order is with that maker. Made Weekly provides the ordering, reminders and storefront tools.
  • Pay-first orders that aren’t paid by the maker’s cutoff may be released.

Makers’ responsibilities

  • Makers sell their own products and are responsible for following local food and cottage-food rules.
  • If a maker passes a card processing fee to customers, it is shown as its own line before payment.

Text messages (Made Weekly order alerts)

Made Weekly order alerts is a text message program run by Reliable Services & Solutions LLC d/b/a Reliable Labs for the Made Weekly platform. When you place an order or join a waitlist with a Made Weekly maker and tick the box “Text me order updates from Made Weekly”, we text the mobile number you give us about that order. The box is never pre-ticked, and texting is not required to order.

  • Message types: order confirmations, payment reminders, pickup reminders and waitlist offers. Each text names the shop you ordered from.
  • No marketing texts are sent through this program.
  • Message frequency varies with your orders.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call or text 848-800-6069.
  • The Made Weekly number does not take replies; for questions about an order, text the shop at the number in your confirmation.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.

Makers own their customer and order data and can export it at any time. See our privacy policy.
